Tom and his team were great. Tom met with me, we agreed on scope and price and his team installed the system flawlessly. The space looks awesome.

I want to start off by saying TODD and Undercover Systems Inc., we’re like a breath of fresh air. Especially after dealing with some of the most horrific outdoor contractors we’ve had. TAL and his crew were not only on time, they were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. From the time they arrived they greeted us and explained exactly what was about to be done. Once they got started they never stopped working until the project was complete. The finished product was amazing and the quality of work was stellar. After they cleaned up, it was like they were never here. To say the least we were speechless. So for anyone whom is looking to have an undercover system added to your home, I would definitely recommend UNDERCOVER SYSTEMS INC to the world. Much love, blessing's, and continued success. Austin and team did a great job and we couldn’t be more pleased from start to finish. We have been talking about doing this for many years and so glad we finally did and found Austin and his team. They were direct, honest and fair and had the perfect wood grained pattern material to fit our home - they were the only company to have anything close to it. They finished the project in less than 3 days and left the area spotless when they left. Excellent all the way around and wouldn’t call anyone else if you had this need

Project came out excellent and feel like spending more time underneath the deck. Done in Time and they cleaned up well. Team was very professional and answered all our questions.

We had our lower level patio ceiling covered and love the result! It looks neat and clean and modernized our dining space. Justin and his fellow worker did a great job. They were on time each morning, courteous, friendly, careful with our things and neat about their work. We are very pleased with the process and their high quality product and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had Undercover Systems Inc. install an underdeck system above our lower deck. The team arrived on time and quickly started on the installation. Installation took about 6 hours and after heavy rain storm the other day the Undercover System the system worked flawlessly. We are now able to enjoy our mountain view regardless of the weather. Thank you Undercover Systems. TG

I recently posted a review of Undercover Systems that was not very flattering. Today I discovered my issue was not with the company's customer service nor the product, but clogged drain lines. This past weekend, the owner contacted me to offer his assistance. I was very impressed that he contacted me on the weekend. I feel confident we got the issue resolved, and I am very satisfied. Thanks Tom and Mark.

There were no hidden fees and the cost was really competitive. I am remodeling my back patio/pool area, and looked into getting one company to do the work. After getting 4-5 quotes ranging in price from $23k to $75k, I realized I needed to be my own contractor and go direct. The team at Undercover Systems have their act together and there is no BS which is what I like. Austin explained what the process was and followed it through to completion. I didn’t catch the worker’s names who were with him, but there was never any downtime and they all worked effectively & efficiently with each other. I have already recommended you to 3-4 other neighbors as they saw your truck in the neighborhood.

They did a great job originally and now, years later, they performed a repair job well. The repair was due to some old boards on our deck needing replacement; the original system has performed great. The guys come when they say, they do a good job and have pride in their work.

Undercover Systems did a superb job installing my deck under covering. Tom Stevens, the owner, came to the house to personally do the measurements. The 3 man crew then did the installation a few weeks later as planned. The work crew was extremely professional, efficient and personably. A day after the installation a heavy rain storm verified that the system was airtight! Overall... a great experience with Undercover Systems. I highly recommend this company. Kevin Corcoran
